How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a live tracking link via SMS & Email with the estimated delivery date. You can also track your order using the Tracking ID provided in the shipping confirmation email.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
We are happy to cancel your order if you request it on the same day as your order date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
How secure is my payment information?
We prioritize your security and process payments through Razorpay, a trusted and industry-leading payment gateway that accepts credit & debit cards, UPI, wallets, and more.
- We use SSL encryption to keep your payment details 100% secure.
- Your payment data is never stored on our servers.
- If you notice any unauthorized charges, immediately contact your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for orders above ₹799, with a ₹50 COD fee. To save on extra costs, we recommend prepaid orders, which come with free shipping.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
We strive to ensure every order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with:
📸 Clear pictures of the product & packaging
📦 Order details (Order ID & email)
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 7-9 business days. The estimated time depends on your location:
- Metros: 2-3 business days
- Rest of India: 3-7 business days
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our shipping partners will attempt 3 deliveries. If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to us. You can request a reshipment with a ₹100 reshipping fee.
Will I get a refund if my order is returned to the sender?
If your order is returned due to incorrect address, non-availability, or non-payment of COD, a refund will be issued after deducting ₹100 for return shipping costs. COD orders are not eligible for refunds.
